• Back from Dubai. It was an experience. Back on the Hayes Bypass, 20c colder and heavy traffic. A different experience. #
• Am ready to sleep for 8 hours straight. Sick, jetlagged and knackered. 8 hour night flights no longer fun. #

• Couldn't sleep on the plane either way (both overnight). Watched "The Damned United" three times. An absolute gem of a film. #
• Returned from Dubai, blood sugar did the 1000% thing. From 2.2 in my sleep, to 21.6 awake. My body knows about it! #
• The media continues to refer to "stunned Britons" over the Dubai killing. Deliberate misdirection. They're Israelis – and likely complicit. #
• Official Story peddlers (like Rachel) said I was chippy when I wrote about anti-Muslim sentiment in the UK. http://bit.ly/9I6tjc I was right #
